14.1. Personal Financial Exoneration
The financial commitments and liabilities of the Association are strictly limited to and guaranteed solely by the corporate assets of the Association. Sovereign individuals operating as autonomous members, creators, or validators bear zero personal liability for the actions, debts, contracts, or obligations of the Association.
The founding Board of Trustees (Anil Goel and Joyti Goel) are fully, completely, and perpetually exonerated, to the extent permitted by law, from any personal financial liability or individual financial exposure resulting from their administrative stewardship, corporate management actions, or signing authority executed in the name of the Association.
14.2. Resources and Finances
The resources of the Association consist of membership contributions and donations under Section 11.4, grants under Sections 3.12 and 3.13, proceeds of the RA‑Energy Utility Token and allocations under Article X, in‑kind support, and any other lawful income. All resources are used exclusively for the purpose of the Association. No surplus is distributed to members.
The financial year corresponds to the calendar year. The Association keeps its accounts in accordance with Article 69a of the Swiss Civil Code. An auditor is appointed where required by law.
