16.1. Absolute Non‑Profit Asset Devolution upon Dissolution
In the event that the Association is formally dissolved by a unanimous resolution of the General Assembly, the liquidation process shall be handled entirely in accordance with Articles 57 and 58 of the Swiss Civil Code. All remaining capital, technology reserves, and physical assets after the complete settlement of all legitimate outstanding liabilities shall be transferred entirely and exclusively to a registered, tax‑exempt Swiss non‑profit organisation or foundation that pursues a public utility purpose similar to the acceleration of human consciousness, universal energy freedom, and ecological liberation. The return of any residual capital or assets to the founders, individual members, or donors is strictly and permanently prohibited.
16.2. Automatic Public Domain Release and Poison Pill Covenant
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary within these statutes, in the event of any external attempt to force an involuntary liquidation, any hostile state or judicial intervention, or any internal infiltration attempting to dissolve the Association to seize or hoard its technical assets, all intellectual property, advanced physics models, software source code, mathematical paradigms, and physical prototyping blueprints shall be released immediately and permanently into the public domain for the benefit of the human collective, subject to mandatory law. No party shall then be able to seize, privatise, or hoard this technology.
