There are no reservations, admissions, or divisions based on age, sex (male/female), form, colour, social class, social status, religion, caste, creed, sexual orientation, or any other artificial division of the human collective. All humans are equal, and all life is equally important.
To accommodate varying states of individual readiness, every sovereign human being operating as an autonomous individual has the absolute choice to join the collective either as a private member or a public member at the commencement of their onboarding.
11.2. The Dual Public‑Private Operational Matrix
The Association acknowledges that absolute total privacy is structurally incompatible with planetary liaison communication and public cultural installations. To resolve this, a dual‑layer architecture is established.
The Public Layer
The Board of Trustees, the Operational Advisory Teams tasked with public deployment (specifically the Legal Advisors and Canton of Vaud Interaction Team, the Swiss Government Interaction Team, and the Art Basel and Fondation Beyeler Interaction Team), along with any STO‑qualified Scientific Commission members who choose public visibility, shall operate transparently within the public commercial and civil domains. They serve as the legal shield, anchoring the Association's mundane status under Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code.
The Private Sanctuary Layer
Active creators, DePIN validation node operators, internal Scientific Commission members active within mainstream institutions (until the public release at Art Basel, as set out in Section 3.4), and general collective users who choose private membership reside within the private domain governed by the Private Membership Agreement (PMA) or Private Support Agreement (PSA), totally insulated from public registration, except where disclosure is required by law. Upon the accession of a Nation‑State under Article IX, private members residing in that Nation‑State transition to the Public Layer. By choosing private membership, each member consents in advance to this transition.
11.3. Multi‑Currency Onboarding & Universal Shield Protection
To accommodate the freewill wishes of all incoming private members and general supporters, the Association structures a flexible contribution matrix managed under strict asset shielding rules.
Base Currency Anchor
The Swiss Franc (CHF) serves as the primary baseline currency anchor for all financial donation calculations across the planetary ecosystem.
Multi‑Currency Acceptance Matrix
To ensure fluid onboarding, the Association explicitly authorises the acceptance of equivalent donation values processed in Euro (EUR), United States Dollar (USD), and British Pound (GBP), calculated dynamically at the time of the transaction to strictly honour the established donation caps.
Public Supporter Tracking (Fiat)
General external backers who wish to support the planetary shift may execute their freewill contributions through traditional, legacy public Fiat currency networks.
Private Member Tracking (USDT)
Fully onboarded private members who wish to contribute funds to support the mission may execute their freewill donations natively using USDT (Tether) across decentralised blockchain settlement rails, in compliance with applicable anti‑money‑laundering rules.
11.4. The Intuitive Donation Matrix
The Light‑Bearing applicant supports the Association through a financial donation driven entirely by their own inner calling to build a cooperative culture of light.

Giving is entirely intuitive. The contribution is made because the movement vibrates with the applicant's soul, executed with joyful detachment from public praise or commercial expectations.
Values in Action
The donation serves as a tangible extension of the spirit, shifting the relationship with wealth from ownership and scarcity into a fluid model of spiritual stewardship.
Membership Contribution
Each member pays a membership contribution, the amount or form of which is freely chosen by the member according to their inner calling, whether in funds, voluntary work or in‑kind support, provided that it amounts to something and that any financial contribution does not exceed the caps set out below.
The 1,728 CHF Cap
Subject to the Large Donations clause below, a maximum one‑time payment equivalent to one thousand seven hundred twenty‑eight (1,728) CHF shall be enforced, payable in fiat currency for the Public Interface Layer and in USDT for the Private Sanctuary Layer.
The maximum regular monthly payment shall be fixed at the equivalent of one hundred forty‑four (144) CHF for continuous support.
Large Donations
Only individuals with a verified Service‑to‑Others (STO) signature of seventy‑five percent (75%) or higher can make large private donations, subject to further Narrow‑Band Channeling energetic clearance for each specific large donation, to ensure that it is a genuine act of true philanthropy to accelerate the evolution of mass human consciousness.
Voluntary Work and In‑Kind Support
Light‑bearing supporters and members may apply to contribute voluntary work in any field of interest or expertise, or in‑kind support, to actively support the RA‑Energy Association.
11.5. The Absolute Protection Covenants
The Legal Advisors and Canton of Vaud Interaction Team is strictly mandated to structure and format all financial inflows, in compliance with applicable law, as private, protected acts of philosophical and energetic alignment under Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code.
In the event of external geopolitical anomalies, arbitrary state‑level overreach, or weaponised asset freezes, the Board of Trustees and the Blockchain Advisory Team must automatically activate the emergency cryptographic asset shielding protocols defined in Section 4.7, within the limits set out there, to fully protect the anonymity, travel freedom, and capital reserves of all contributors across both the Fiat and USDT pathways.
11.6. Spiritual Clearance Onboarding Protocol
During the initial operational phases, to insulate the ecosystem from premature systemic corruption and commercial weaponisation, access to the Association's core private research databases, manufacturing blueprints, and cryptographic modules is strictly conditional upon the satisfaction of this protocol, which is divinely orchestrated to exclusively attract, activate, and interface with Light‑bearing Service‑to‑Others (STO) awakened Star Seeds, Old Souls, Super Souls, Indigo Children, Wanderers, and Volunteers.
The Board of Trustees exercises absolute, sovereign, and un‑appealable discretion over all member onboarding, utilising an internal dual‑layered spiritual filter under strict divine principles and spiritual guidance from 6th‑Density Light beings.
The dual‑layered spiritual filter acts purely as a spiritual admissions criterion for university‑level energetic alignment. It is not discrimination. A birth chart is a blueprint of Spacetime Coordinates, an exact mathematical snapshot of the local universe’s vector geometry at the precise time a sovereign soul enters the planetary density and takes the first breath.

11.9. Consent and Data Protection
Each candidate gives explicit written consent to the processing of their birth data and of the spiritual assessments under Sections 11.7 and 11.8, solely for the purpose of onboarding, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This data is kept strictly confidential and is not disclosed, except where required by law.
11.10. Successful Alignment
Applicants demonstrating a verified Service‑to‑Others (STO) signature of 75% or greater are authorised to execute the full Private Membership Agreement (PMA) to become active members. For technicians, engineers and prototype builders engaged in specific technical tasks, the minimum threshold is sixty percent (60%). They may choose whether their operational data remains entirely private, subject to Section 11.2, or anchors to the Public Interface Layer to act as a compliance shield.
Secondary Conversion Pathway
If the applicant's current energetic signature drops below the 75% Service‑to‑Others (STO) threshold, their active application is automatically converted into an offer of Private Support Agreement (PSA) status. On accepting it, they are granted a passive sanctuary status to support the movement while shielding themselves from public exposure, subject to Section 11.2. Supporters under the Private Support Agreement (PSA) are not members of the Association. The Board of Trustees may terminate any PSA at any time, without stating reasons.
11.11. Unsuccessful PMA Applicants
Unsuccessful PMA applicants are warmly encouraged to work diligently on their inner self, clearing and balancing their primary energy centres (chakras), and are welcome to reapply for active status after a minimum healing period of six (6) months.
