The Council of nine has placed a quarantine on earth so that no outside sources and follow strict non intervention. Neither the positive or the negative entities are allowed to visit earth and interfere with the free will of entities on planet earth.
The Service to Self Annunaki entities cannot directly appear on planet earth due to the quarantine but use certain windows to visit planet earth for close encounter. As we are in the final corridor of harvest, the veiling is thinning and we are able to observe frequently the UFO and spaceships in our skies.
