Polarity is utmost important in 3rd density. Similar to charge polarity of positive and negative, there is emotional pathway polarity namely Service to others (STO) and Service to Self (STS).
Both are equal and valid, on one pathway is better than the other. It may be different for mind/body/spirit complex depending on their perspective or choosen pathway.
To progress through the 3rd density, the mind/body/spirit must polarise itself during the density cycle. This is generally achieved in multiple life times during the cycle. There is no death. Only the end of an experience.
The mind/body/spirt complex who pursue the path of service to other must attain a grade 51% service to others; the mind/body/spirt complex who pursue the path of service to self must attain a grade of 95% Service to Self to graduate to 4th density.
4.1. Service to Others (STO)
STO do not interfere with the free will of others. They supports the free will of all. STO serve self by serving others. This is the Path of Unity.
STO Traits- Straight, Integrity, Humble, Compassionate, Fair and Honest
4.2. Service to Self (STS)
STS infringes the freewill of others. They seek to control, manipulate, exploit, and enslave others for the benefit of the self. They have distortion towards power and enslavement of others. This is the Path of Separation.
STS Traits - Double Standard, Liars, Manipulation, Superiority complex. Possession, Wishful thinking
High purity STS are the psychopaths and sociopaths of our society. They have no empathy and completely devoid of love. They block the green ray energy centre commonly known as heart chakra.
